The holidays are coming soon and the Comité Tricolore and its members are planning great events!

We are expanding on some of them here and you will find other fun celebrations in our Agenda.

Ris DC is a beloved, upscale seasonal American neighborhood restaurant created by Chef/Owner Ris Lacoste.

Nestled in the heart of Washington D.C.’s West End, is close to the Kennedy Center, Dupont Circle, Georgetown and the K Street business district.

Chef Ris’ farmers market fresh menus change often to showcase year round local offerings. Her inventive, creative style reflects the seafood of her New England roots, the classics of her Paris training, the freshness of her market obsession and the tradition and familiarity of her love for classic American Diner fare.

Chef Ris crafted a special menu for the Comité Tricolore’s Holiday Dinner with innovative and amazing dishes!

45 tickets are available at the price of $ 90 per person (tax and tip included, drinks excluded). For our Holiday Dinner, we do not add any donation for the Comité Tricolore to the ticket price. Donations are at your discretion. Your generosity will help us fulfill our charitable mission.

If you are coming with friends, please let us know so that we can seat you together at the same table. We regroup guests at tables of 6 or 8 unless you wish a separate table.

You are invited to the Francophone Protestant Church Christmas Bazaar on December 7 from 10 AM to 3 PM

You will find:

• Pastries, viennoiseries, homemade jams and bread
• French buffet (specialities to eat in or take away)
• African buffet (specialities to eat in or take away)
• Moroccan Couscous buffet (specialities to eat in or take away)
• French books (books for all ages and tastes)
• Bayard books and magazines and a children’s reading corner
• Silent auction (baskets, gifts and vouchers)
• Le Bistrot (hot and cold drinks, quiches, pâtés etc.)
• Organic olive oil from Tunisia
• Authentic Marseille soaps

At 4500 Massachusetts Ave NW, DC from 10 AM to 3 PM

There’s plenty of free parking on site. Young and old are welcome! Come for lunch and shopping in a festive, family atmosphere, all for a good cause!

Come and celebrate Saint Nicolas Day with Alsace Washington DC Association
on December 7 at 7:30PM .
This event will have 2 parts:

• Part 1: For kids aged 5 to 11 years old, from 5:00pm to 7:30pm. [SOLD-OUT]

• Part 2: For all, adults and kids starting at 7:30pm.

Part 2 at 7:30pm - « Dîner de Saint-Nicolas »

Come and taste winter specialties typical of the famous Alsatian Christmas markets, including Tarte Flambée on baguette, ChristStollen fruit cake, and Alsatian drinks.

Free for children aged 5 to 11 who participated in Part 1, the "Saint Nicolas pour les enfants".
Teenagers aged 12 to 18 years old are welcome to join and will need to purchase an adult ticket.

Note: Parking in Georgetown can be hard to find, make sure to give yourself sufficient time ahead of the event so that the activities can start on time.

The French Choir of Washington is proud to present its annual Winter Holiday concert on Dec 6 at 8PM

Expect a unique joyful musical evening under the direction of its artistic director Simon Charette.

Program will feature the French Choir of Washington and the Choir of the Embassy of France, opera singers Natalia Perez (soprano), and Raymond Ghattas (baritone) as well as a string quintet of musicians.
