Fifteen Chefs are coming to collaborate in preparing an incredible variety of dishes from Alsace at our Bastille Day event.

These amazing chefs have joined the Bastille Day "Iron Chef" culinary team, with perhaps more surprises to come!
You’ve heard about them, you know them, come and taste what they are preparing for you.

For example, if you want to get away from the cold weather this winter, why not go to the Zulu Nyala Heritage Lodge for a Photo Safari in South Africa.
Bastille Day is the Comité Tricolore’s annual fundraiser. All proceeds from the evening help sustain its charitable mission, serving those most in need in our local community.
Live Music and Cocktails
Alexis Tantau has been hailed as a “captivating songstress” capable of “displaying a warm voice, versatility, and a cheerful nature.”
Opening for the National Symphony Orchestra in 2021, the Georgetown Voice praised her “ability to soulfully croon with a warmth that kept concert-goers hanging on her every breath.”
Her lustrous vocal timbre and delectable French diction has made her a natural match for the Django Reinhardt inspired group Hot Club of Baltimore, led by guitarist Michael Joseph Harris.
Alexis has appeared in the Charm City Django Jazz Fest, at Baltimore Jazz Fest, Creative Cauldron’s Passport to the World, Napa Valley Jazz Society, D.C. Art Soiree’s “Women in Arts” series, and at the French Embassy, as well as in numerous shows at Baltimore’s Creative Alliance, Germano’s, An die Musik, and Mobtown Ballroom—where her swinging vocal style has become popular with Baltimore’s red hot swing dance scene.
Dancing the Night Away
David Dupre is a French DJ from Paris.
After moving to the US, he became very involved in the Los Angeles scene, with residences at the Ace Hotel and the C-Loft in the Art District.
Now established in DC, he is resident at Opaline and hosts the “One For You” show on Eaton Radio.
His style of music is at the meeting point between Chic and Underground.
You may have heard him recently at the Feel Listening Lounge under the name One4u, or at the "Roads to Paris" event organized by NBC at the French Ambassador’s residence for the 2024 Olympics.
And leave happily with gift bags for all guests!
Many Thanks to our Bastille Day Sponsors
