Michel Laudier
As Michel told us: "First the good news, if you are new to this area and looking to buy, this is a Buyer’s market and the days of going way over the asking price are gone for the near future."
"I am very happy with my new company Fairfax Realty of Tysons Inc. I made the move to be able to deliver better Customer Service. I have much more freedom and options to negotiate with my clients for better results.
The most important element in Real Estate is knowledge of the location where you do business. While I have been living in the McLean area for over 50 years and will also work with Associates for Residential and Commercial in DC and MD.
“Price is what you pay, Value is what you Get” Warren Buffett.
No matter if you are a buyer or a seller. I will always seek the best Value for my clients".
Yahne Miorini
You might be part of the growing “Sandwich Generation” that needs to care for elderly parents while you are still raising children; you might want to make sure you protect your assets from medical expenses, need to provide for a disabled child, or wonder about wills and trusts.
In any of these cases, the best solution is to inform yourself early on.
Don’t let long-term care and probate expenses drain your assets.

Les Expressions Françaises
A la Saint Glinglin
When pigs fly!
The Saint is not a saint but a deformation of Seing, which in old French means a signature. And Glinguer is a verb meaning to ring the bell.
You promise (soussigner) to pay your debt when the bell rings, but which bell and when is up to you…
Furthermore Seing and Saint sound the same but as the Catholic church has never agreed to add Saint Glinglin to its calendar, you can be sure that nothing will ever happen on that day!
Of course there is a Bordeaux Grand Cru Domaine de Saint Glinglin, and their logo is….a pig that flies!
