Happy Hour & French Dessert Cooking Class
Come and enjoy a very special Happy Hour with French Chef Hughes Cossard, Chef/Culinary Instructor at Stratford University and owner of FoodExpression Concept Company. As well as the main chef for most of our large events at the French Embassy.

Chef Hughes will teach you how to make a Verrine de mousse au chocolat au Grand Marnier et de crème chantilly au Rhum (We’ll translate... just know that it involves chocolate!)
