DAPHNE is a young charitable non-governmental organization whose mission is to meet the first psychological needs of expatriates through a network of professional volunteers working When it is possible in concert with diplomatic and consular networks to provide support and guidance to crisis victims in case of major events like hurricane, wildfire, shooting, technological accident with or without mass casualties, as well as a training or preparedness mission.
