The Québec Government Office in Washington (BQW) is proud to present the film "Hochelaga, terre des âmes” (2017) by François Girard in partnership with the Alliance Française of Washington, DC as part of the 2020 DC Francophonie Festival. The screening will be followed by a panel discussion featuring two Georgetown University scholars, Miléna Santoro and Laura Cahier.
