A talk by Ambassador Jacques Paul Klein followed by a traditional Alsatian choucroute, prepared by the Chef of the French Embassy.

• 7 pm : Welcome and possibility to take a French ’’apéritif’’
• 7:30 pm : Talk and Q&A. Jacques Paul Klein was born in Alsace and relocated to the USA in his childhood. He is a passionate expert of the history of Alsace.
• 8:30 pm : Alsacian Dinner - Choucroute
